time limits
i was on probation in ny in 2003 for a dui, i violated probation by being arrested for dui again. i posted bail and took off2 days later. how long will i be facing extradition for this incident?

There is no statute of limitations for a case that was filed and you failed to appear, however ther may be a Serna issue that applies, call me to discuss 310-527-4100

Forever. You need to deal with the problem correctly, or face arrest if you come in contact with any police through traffice stop, etc.
