Re: First time Misdemenor

YOu have not given enough information to help us, but you cannot get more than a year and probably are looking at probation or a short jail sentence except for the kid with the prior offense.

You need a good lawyer. You are sure to get a better sentence using your own attorney that you will otherwise see.

If you want to speak to me about your situation, or if you want to refer the fellow with the prior conviction, you may contact me by using the links below and then calling my office.

Good luck.

Re: First time Misdemenor

this is a very difficult question to answer, as you are not ginving sufficient information on which to basis an opinion on. All crimes are treated diffrently, depending on the charge, the county, and of course the individuals record... while first timers can expect to possibly come out of some misdemeanor charges with no criminal record, on others its virtually guaranteed... depending on the facts probation may be permissible, depending on them no probation may be warranted...

without question your defense is most important, and who is handling your defense, you should seek to consult with someone competent either as a an individual or a group for more detailed information, and a discussion of the specific facts.

I regurlarly handle some of the most difficult criminal cases imaginable, please feel free to contact me for afree consultation at 212.709.8303
