Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
Trespassing
I was arrested for second degree trespassing (PL 140.15)in NY,Bronx. I am 23. this was my first offense and first crime. How serious is this crime? I have the court summon, if i go to court what penalties will i face? I had no illegal stuff on me.
