Flies in resturant food

While eating dinner in a New York resturant there where flies in my food. One was eaten and the other was found in my food. I believe because of my race i was not treated fairly. What are my legal rights?

You have not indicated what occurred that makes you believe that "because of [your] race [you] were not treated fairly." You would need to specify more facts in order to assess whether some sort of discrimination occurred.

You should know, however, that you may have claims against the restaurant independent of any race-related discrimination. Having unsanitary food that, through negligence or otherwise, comes with flies in it may, in-and-of-itself, constitute a cause of action.
