Civilian being charged for DUI on a military base
In NY on Ft Drum is it a state or federal offense and does Melanie's Law apply if from MA?

Not seeing the exact charges ,my best guess is that there is concurrent jurisdiction.That means you can be charged under by either the state or the feds.I'd like to hear more ,you may contact my office for a free phone consultation.
