Legal Question in Education Law in New York
Is it legal for a student attending an on campus college to be put out of school for being accused of having company over that steals from a roommate. Student is losing financial aid for the semester as well as student loans that were taken out for her education?

The first place you should look is the student handbook. If the college violated the "contract" see if there is an appeals process.
