Legal Question in Family Law in New York

Is adultery a ground for divorce in new york state if so what is the law code? How do I find out if my spouse has any other children from the past or present?

Yes. Adultery is a basis for divorce in New York. There is no central database to determine whether an individual had a child from an affair. I would suggest retaining a private investigator.
