Legal Question in Family Law in New York

i was awarded in family court temporary spousal and child support but unclear what the money would cover . i thought the judge said just food and clothing, and he has too continue too pay the bills..but does that bill paying include car repairs and gas and cell phone bills.. can i call some where?

Read the order or talk to your lawyer Usually, spousal support and child support are specific amounts. However, if the judge told your spouse to pay specific bills, he needs to do so. Again, this would be in a written order. At the minimum it would be in the court transcript. Check with the court clerk.
