child support

my husband did not make payments for 3 years. and owns a home can i put a lien on it to collect arears. also he has an extensive crimial record how do get it.

We would need to go to Court the have the arrears established and filed in the County Clerks office as a judgment. You could also have him found for wilfully violating a Court order and he could be sent to jail if he does not come up with some money for you. If you need assistance please feel free to contact me.
