Legal Question in Family Law in New York

Child support for 2 kids

Can some one tell me that child support deductions for 2 kids in new york is based on the earning after tax or before tax.

I have checked on a website that its 25% for 2 kids but not sure if its based on the salary before tax or after tax deduction.
