Child support payments
when the child reaches the age of 21 do I have to go to court to stop the child support payments or do I just stop paying since the court order says to pay until he reaches 21?

Re: Child support payments
You can just stop, however, read the agreement one more time, because there might be other provisions regarding his being a student or other exception to the provision that says that 21 is the date of the end of the obligation.
