Legal Question in Family Law in New York

The court ordered in January 2011 spring break was my time with my three children. Mother said I didn't give her enough notice and that I wasn't going to see them. Can I call the police if I don't see my children?

Noncustodial parents have called the police. The police may or may not force compliance with the order. Another option is to file for contempt if she keeps the children from you. Include the request for reimbursement of any expenses.
