Legal Question in Family Law in New York

i have a ? in my custody order it states my son lives with me & every weekend my son goes to his dad house on fridays at 3pm to sunday at 3pm and that we share holidays and we both get two weeks for vacation but must inform the other parent in a timly manor and states if we dont follow the custody agreement we go to jail for up to 6 months but my question is when its his dad weekend his father not the one watching our son and not spending time with our 1 year old his mother and 17 year old sister is the ones who spends time with my son on his fathers days of visitation and his father goes to hangout with his friends when he suppose to be spending the weekend with our son my ? is if his father not going to be watching him on his day and going out with friends instead of spending time with our son do i have to keep sending my son to his fathers house

Yes, you have to comply with the order unless and until a modified order is issued.

If you have a problem with the current arrangement discuss the matter with the father (if that's possible). If nothing changes, file a petition to modify custody.
