my daughter and i

My husband and i are living in an apt. With our 5 y/o daughter.My husband moved us out here and we are both on the lest.But we have decide that we can't live together. and he wants me and our daughter to get out of the apt. What can i do to protect my self and our daughter

First, I would hire an attorney now.

Second, you do not have to leave the apartment. When you hire an attorney and start a divorce action, your attorney can file a pendente lite motion requesting exclusive use and occupancy of the martial dwelling until the divorce is finished and due to your daughter's age you have a very good chance of getting what you ask for.
