my daughter is getting married

my daughter is getting married and i live in Ny i am paying child support for her she is 20. having a baby in june and i dont think i should be responsible for the baby. if she gets married do i still have to pay child support to her? do you have an article number under the law i can go by?

Ordinarily marriage is an act that demonstrates emancipation. It's not a CPLR article number, but emancipation as a terminating act should be part of the order under which you are required to pay child support.

You need to file a petition to terminate support since she will be considered "emancipated" since she is getting married.
