My daughter was not married , and lived with a guy for 2 months, she became pregnant and left him, she wants nothing to do with him, she is only about 3 month pregnant. He is treatening to take the baby from her once it is born. she wishs not to have him sign the certificate or know where she is.

Unfortunately, your daughter chose to have a baby with a man she doesn't like. The father can sign a paternity acknowledgement and bring an action for visitation or custody. It will be up to the court to determine the best interest of the child. However, in this present day and age, unless the father is totally and absolutely unfit, he can assert his rights and be a part of his child's life.
