Legal Question in Family Law in New York

I'm divorced 6 years my daughter graduatd from college and now I would like to sell the co-op we own where my ex-wife resides. She had right first refusal to purchase the property but can't afford it. She does not return phone calls and avoids any communication what would be my best approach to this problem.

You must follow the language in the Settlement Agreement concerning the sale. Without reading the Settlement Agreement I cannot tell you the necessary steps for the sale.
