Legal Question in Family Law in New York

i have been with my husband 26 years he has been cheating on meon and off now i find out he withdrew all the money from mutal funds,banks etc he left me penniless he rtired from the state police what am i entitled to, i also found out that he refianced the mortage does this mean he can take my name off the property ? thanks
