Legal Question in Family Law in New York

domestic

my 64 year old boyfriend was living with me in a house i own, he was abusive, and had a sexual affair with a 20 year ol in the house and threatened to destroy me if i made it public (he's running for mayor) i had the police escort him out on 1/18/09 and he does not respond to his familys request to remove his things from the house, how do i get rid of his possessions from my house legally, like i said he is well known politically and has many lawyer friends so i need to do this right, also i recorded his threats and have it on tape

You really need to retain a lawyer to answer this question. There is a lot more information that is needed and the consequences of not doing this correctly could lead to a conversion claim. If you are interested in retaining the services of a lawyer contact my office.
