Legal Question in Family Law in New York

In family court, my ex agreed to pay child support until my daughter turned 23 while in college. I never received a copy of the court order and trusted that what was said in court was what I agreed to. My daughter will turn 21 this May and the child support enforcement bureau states that, although odd, the judgement states that the father should pay child support until age 21 when the child finishes college. How can I get child support to continue until my daughter turns 23 because she is a full-time student and still living with me? There was no provisions for college in our divorce papers but when I took him to court to modify that, he agreed in family court to pay until she is 23. Do I have to bring him to another court since she'll be 21? Thanks.

I highly suggest that you get the last papers from Riverhead Family Court (I assume it was there), as you will be required to prove to CSEB that he would pay for your daughter's education in writing.
