Family Court Question

It is Very Possible i fathered a child with a ex g/f, she moved from ny state to the state of Pa can i request a dna test from court here in ny or do i need to do it in Pa where she now lives?

Since NY no longer has jurisdiction over girlfriend you would need to go to PA to request a DNA test unless girlfriend consents to NY jurisdiction.
