Can i file a modification of visitation in new york even if the divorce decree/visitation order was done in massachusetts?

from massachusetts i moved to florida and then i moved to new york about 4 months ago.

but i have not lived in massachusetts for the past 4 years. how can i get it transferred to my home state.

Where does the child live? You file the modification in the residence where the child has resided for at least six months. You should consult with an attorney in that state.
