If you are dissatified with your attorney, you should interview other lawyers in your area and hire one who has the time to answer your questions.

Each case is different. Therefore, once a case is in litiation, the lawyers know more about the matter than anything else. Moreover, there are ethical issues relating to providing legal advice when a person is already represented in an ongoing case. As a result, your first step should be is discuss your concerns with your present attorney, and hire another lawyer if you're dissatsified with how he is running the matter.
