Legal Question in Family Law in New York

My girlfriend is threatening me by sending an email of ex-girlfriend pictures to my job if i dont pay child support and sign for name change of my son. How do i go about this?

You may have a claim against your ex if she follows through with her threat.

Have you acknowledged paternity? Is there a current child support order? Is there a custody/visitation order?

You should try to beat her to the punch by filing an ackowledgment of paternity, establishing a child support order, and filing for custody/visitation order.
