joint tenancy with right of survivirship and subsequent debts

If a party involved in the property arrrngement incurs debts AFTER the date of the transfer and the party with the seperate debts dies, are the remaining parties liabel for this incurred debt?

Without seeing the actual agreement it is impossible to say for certain, but in general, one person will not be responsible for a debt incurred by someone else.

However, if there is joint property, the creditor might be able to seek repayment from that property.

It sounds like the joint property was transferred to your name already, which is in your favor.
