What can you do if a judge has not made a ruling on a divorce case that was tried in November 2011 in New York?

If you don't have an attorney, call the judge's chambers and check with his/her clerk to determine the status of your case. Cases are backlogged because of the sheer number of cases on judges' dockets. As a result, some cases fall through the cracks.
