Leaving child in care of grandparents?

Is it legal for the ''temporary'' custodial parent to leave the child in care of Grandparents while he/she works & visit him/her only twice a week?

Re: Leaving child in care of grandparents?

Unless otherwise provided by the Court, the custodial parent may make all decisions concerning the child's care and upbringing. If there is ongoing litigation concerning permanent custody, however, the temporary custodian should consider the implications of leaving the child in the care of others for extended periods of time. Feel free to call me to discuss this further.

I dont see why not, so long as the grandparents accept th responsibility.
