Legal Question in Family Law in New York

i live with my boyfriend for 14 years its his house, we have one child. we plan on sharing custody. am i entitled to any money from him or can he just evict me and i leave with what i came with ?

If you have child with him, at the minimum, you may be entitled to child support.

However, if the relationship was started and continued in New York, you are out of luck because the state does not recognize common law marriage. Moreover, if you don't have an ownership interest in the house or a lease, he can evict you through formal eviction proceedings.
