Legal Question in Family Law in New York

I live with my girlfriend and I want to seek decreasing my ex spouses spousal support because my pay has gone down. Will living with my girl friend discredit me to get the decrease?

It all depends. Look at the child support calculator to determine if your the court might decrease your support. Also, you will have to answer the judge on whether your girlfriend works and pays her own way or whether you pay additional expenses she creates by living with her.
