marriage
i have filed for a divorce 3 months ago and waiting for it to be finalized and have been seperated for 7 years i don't want to wait to get remarried is this illegal

If I understand your question correctly, you are asking if you can get married before the judge signs off on your divorce and you have the final judgment of divorce.
If this is what you are asking, then yes, it is very illegal to get married before this event happens. You are legally married to a person until a court of law and a judge grants the divorce and if you apply for a marriage license and have a ceremony then you are a bigamist and that is a crime.
Wait for the court action to be completed.
