Moving out of state

I have a 1 yr old daughter. I want to move from ny to nc, i currently have sole custody and the father has visitation. How will this work and or affect my move?

DO NOT MOVE WITHOUT PERMISSION OF THE FATHER OR THE COURT

Your move will negitively affect the father's visitation rights. Hence the He could stop you from leaving or even force you to give him custody of your child.

See an attorney who handles family court matters immediately or you could really mess up the lives of both you and your child.
