Legal Question in Family Law in New York

NYC Administration for Children's Servic

Good Morning:

ACS was called on my family. No food, children ragged and unclean, filthy house. they came and saw clothes being sorted out in rooms to be taken to the laundry. Three adults were served; one did not live here. two weeks they were to come back. Of course they came the next day with supervisor in tow and found all claims unfounded. Now they want to persist in this farce on the merit of we have to break up the family and have there foot in our posteriors for the rest of our lives all for the ''Sake of The Children''

Who do we the parent and grand-parents get to advocate for us.

what rights and venues do we have?

For every door we close, they open 10 more.

This was done by a disgruntled family/friend. And of course they called in annonimosly. Help ASAP Pleas.

Once ACS becomes involved in a case it is very difficult for them to be pushed out, I have dealt with ACS on many different cases and it's always the same.

What is it you need help with exactly? If there is an open case I would imagine that everyone was appointed an attorney, including the children. If you have any questions you should speak to with your attorney.
