My parents are getting divorced, my mother moved out and refuses to tell her children where she is living, is there anything that can legally be done to so her children know where she is living?

Your father has to take the initiative to obtain the address.
Normally, the custody order has a provision that requires the parents to disclose their addresses. Discuss the matter with your father.
