Legal Question in Family Law in New York
I have physical custody of my 2 year old daughter. I have her 4 to 5 days out the week while her mother has her for 2 to 3 days. She served me with child support papers. Is this possible when I have my daughter more of the time then she does? I provide for my daughter fully.

I assume there isn't already a support order in place. As a result, you need to file for support also. There is a formula used to determine the amount of support for each person based upon income and the amount of time spent with the child.
I recommend that you seek a free consultation with a local attorney. The attorney will sit down with you and discuss your obligations and rights in this matter.
