Legal Question in Family Law in New York

I have recently gotten custody of my granddaughter and the mother hasn't seen the child in over 2 months what can I do

If you've called the mother and she doesn't want to visit her child, unfortunately, there is nothing you can do to create a loving mother daughter relationship. You don't want to force the issue if it may place the child in harms way.
