Legal Question in Family Law in New York
I am a resident of New York State. I recently found out that my husband (we are married less than a year) is an illegal alien from Greece and that he is still in love with his ex wife as well as another woman from Germany. We have twin babies now together and I would like to know if I am allowed to relocate to another state (Tennessee) where my father is because I would like to reside there and file custody papers and annulment papers there as well.

In spite of your husband's behavior ,he still has parental rights with regaed to the children. That being said, you can only redifine those rights with the courts permission. You should retain an experienced matrimonial attorney. Do not leave the jurisdiction with your children without the court's permission.
