Legal Question in Family Law in New York

I have been separate and divorce for the last seven years, I have been denied the right to see my kids, although the court granted me visitations. For the past nine years I have support my kids and yet the mother won't allow me to see them. It seem to me that she is just interested in getting the child support money. Is there a law that will force her to let me see my kids or have the child support money taken away?

Have you filed papers regarding a violation of the visitation order yet?

The order grants you a right to visit your kids. Denial this order violates the order.

You would have to file a petition in Family Court for visitation. If there is an order of visitation, and the mother continues to stop you from seeing the children, the court does have the discretion to stop child support.
