Separated and having sex

My wife of 20 years filed for divorce about a month ago.We have 3 boys 9,15,17.We still live in the same house, sleep in the same bed and have had sex three times since.(all the times she started it)I dont want a divorce but she says shes does.I,m confused to when this separation starts or if she even has grounds for a divorce.Hoping its just a midlife crisis but dont know what to do.Want to know where I stand legally
