Legal Question in Family Law in New York
I sign my parental rights awya 10 years ago. I now have 3 other children. Can they hold that agaisnt me in court now with my new children?

It may be a consideration depending on the facts. However, what you have done in the last 10 years should be more important than what occurred 10 years ago. You should hire a local attorney to represent you in this matter. This is not a small claims matter that you can handle by yourself. It's too important to "go it alone."
