Legal Question in Family Law in New York

What steps do I take to remedy a will situation..my grandfather was taken advantage of while hospitalized and on several meds he was made to sign his assets over without knowing what he was doing

Is he dead or alive? If he's alive, he can always correct his will. If he's dead, his heirs need to challenge his will as soon as possible. If he signed the assets over without a will, someone needs to discuss his legal rights to revoke the transfer. Regardless of your grandfather's current status, an experienced attorney needs to be hired to resolve this matter ASAP.
