How much will a divorce cost if my spouse will not sign

That depends upon the amount of time it takes to resolve the case and the hourly rate of the attorney you hire.
I agree with the prior answer. The hourly rate of an attorney depends on, among other things, the experience, reputation, and location of the attorney. The total spent on a divorce will depend on the hourly rate of the attorney, the issues that need to be resolved, the acromony of the parties, the willingness of the parties to spend money on issues, and the total time spent.
You should call several attorneys as if you were an employer (which you are when you hire counsel). Be realistic about your budget and try to get the best experienced counsel within that budget.
