dog bites dog
my leashed dog bit another leashed dog-I paid high vet bill,my dog is the biter. Owner not taking appropriate care of wounds-dog might now die-am I legally responsible for anything else like a new dog?

You would be responsible for a new dog. You may be responsible for vet bills for owner that tried to save dog. You are not responsible for pain and suffering for either the dog or the owner.
