Publishing photos of my child without permission
A local college took my childs pic when she took a Sat class there 2 years ago. They sent a release to use the photos anywhere , I did not sign it. Now 2yrs later her pic is in there brochure ? They have not returned my phone call? Now what

It is a question as to what you agreed to when she signed up for the court. It can also be an issue of whether the picture was taken as part of the fair use doctrine.
