i won a civil judgement from my landlord for my sec. deposit she refuse to pay me in court she testified that my money is in a bank with intrest how can i get that info from her is there any kind of subpeonas i can file

Get a writ of execution to enforce the judgment and then submit the writ to your local sheriff for enforcement. They may have the resources to locate you landlord's bank.
