Legal Question in Immigration Law in New York
In 1982 after my ex-wife abamdoned our home I then took my 2 kids to the Netherlands with me and in view of a US court order I return them to their mother. I am a duth citizen as my wife and the kids hd then dual nationality. I am now 67, have had no contacts with my kids. Can I return to the US to search/see them? And have no idea if I have to pay alimony.

Possibly, you can visit the United States on a visitor's visa or a visa waiver.
As to the child support, it's not clear from your post if you were required to pay child support for your children under a court order.
It seems that your children are not minors anymore.
If you know where you kids live, you may want to contact them in advance to see if they want to see you.
