Legal Question in Immigration Law in New York
I came here in 2003 with a valid B1/B2 visa and have an I-94. My mom, a citizen, sponsered me as legal married daughter over 21 in 04/2002. I have been here since I came in 2003, can I get my green card here?
1 Answer from Attorneys
No, you are not eligible for a green card through adjustment of status based on your mother's petition filed in 2002.
