Legal Question in Immigration Law in New York
I am a american citizen born in Rochester New York.I would like to know what I have to do to marry a woman in the Philippines.I am 43 and she is 38 yrs.old.We would like a civil marrage and I would like to live there for several years right after we are married.I will be supporting my family and extended family by means of a legal internet business that I will be starting in the United States of America.Thank you for your time and understanding.

Dear Alexander,
If you plan to marry a Filipino woman and move to Philippines (not to bring your wife to USA), then you should address your inquiry to a Filipino attorney. This would not be a question of the US federal immigration law.
