Legal Question in Immigration Law in New York
I am Burmese who marriage with American citizen in United State. But my husband who is American citizen is now working in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. May I apply for permanent residency here in United State and how can I do that .

I understand that your husband is now living and working in Vietnam, and you are living in USA. Your husband has to petition for you in the USA. You can't petition by yourself here in USA.
