Legal Question in Immigration Law in New York
I cam as a foreign student and is currently out of status. I work for my cousin who is in the army and she wants to hire me as a domestic worker. Is that possible without me leaving the country?

No, unfortunately, it's not possible. If you are out of status, therefore, you are not eligible to change status to any other non-immigrant status.
I suggest you consult a good immigration lawyer about any possible legal options.
