Checking the file

Is there any way i can check if my file is under investigation?

Im a permanent resident for 3 years

You may request a copy of your file through the Freedom Of Information Act "FOIA" in order to ascertain if there has been any other documents inserted therein. However, should the government determine or find that certain information is not relevant or either do not want you to have access to same, they may opt not to disclose or surrender same to you. I would suggest that you seek counsel's advice and assistance, since I'm not sure what you mean by "under investigation" and the purported reason for same.
